Buying Assistance Rules


  • Pre-orders: All proxy services/Buying assistance services are pre-orders, meaning they take time. Please be patient.

  • Timing of Orders: Orders take about a day to the last day of the event, depending on circumstances and purchase limits. Ensure you know the event date.

  • Order Availability: While we strive to fulfill all orders, we can't guarantee every item will be secured. We try our best.

  • Random Photocard/Lottery Items: We'll try to match the number of random photocards or lottery items to your purchase, but due to limited availability, this isn't guaranteed. Again, We can try our best so that you can get of

  • Additional Charges: For limited items, we may ask for extra charges due to additional time and transportation costs.

  • Proof of Purchase: Proof of your purchase will be sent before shipping, though we can't guarantee personalized proof (like with your name) due to the high volume of orders. The proof provided will correspond to your items.


Shipment

  • Shipping Timeline: Shipment will take place 2-4 days after the event ends. We appreciate your understanding. We will send your orders as fast as possible.

  • Refund Policy: Once payment is made, refunds are not available, except for items that are sold out.

  • Important Refund Information (Korea Only): We cannot provide refunds for missing items shipped outside of Korea. For orders within Korea, please record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This video is required to claim a refund for missing items, and the claim must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking number.

Payment

Payment Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the payment process between parties using Wise, Korean bank transfers, and PayPal.

By engaging in transactions, you agree to adhere to the following:

1. Currency Conversion:   

* The conversion rate between Korean Won (KRW) and United States Dollar (USD) is set at 1,000 KRW to 1 USD.

2. Payment Methods:   

* Transactions between Wise accounts will be conducted exclusively through Wise.

* Transactions between Korean bank accounts will be conducted solely through Korean banks.   

* PayPal transactions may be used as an alternative payment method, subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

3. Transaction Fees:   

* Any transaction fees incurred during the payment process shall be borne by the respective parties. There is additional fee 2,000 for Wise transaction

4. Responsibilities:   

* Each party is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details provided, including but not limited to account numbers and currency conversion rates.

5.For Korean Bank Transfers: You will need to provide us with the Twitter ID of your proxy or bank transfer helper, along with their bank account details and a screenshot or record of your conversation with them.


Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds After Payment: Once payment is made, refunds are not possible, except for items that are sold out or unavailable.

  2. Sold-Out Items: If an item you ordered is sold out, you will be eligible for a refund for that specific item.

  3. No Refunds for Missing Items Outside Korea: We do not offer refunds for missing items in shipments outside of Korea. For international orders, please ensure that you take precautions, as refunds will not be processed for lost or missing items.

  4. Korean Orders: For orders within Korea, you must record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This video will be required to claim a refund for any missing or incorrect items. Refund claims must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the tracking number.
