Terms and Conditions for International Shipment Services
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the use of the shipment services provided by Qixbox ("the Company"). By using these services, you ("the Customer") agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description:
The shipment services include the transportation of goods purchased in Korea to international destinations using various shipping methods, including but not limited to EMS, DHL, K-Packet, Shopee, and Cargo.
3. Eligibility:
To use these services, customers must sign up to become our warehouse members and get a "personal code" from us.
4. Fees and Payments:
* Fees for shipment services will vary depending on the selected shipping method, package size, weight, and destination.
* All fees are due before the shipment of goods.
5. Packaging and Labeling:
* Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are properly packaged and labeled according to the requirements of the selected shipping method.
* The Company may offer packaging services for an additional fee, upon request.
6. Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited from shipment and cannot be processed by the Company: illegal substances, flammable items, explosives, weapons, perishable goods, and any items prohibited by international shipping regulations.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
* The Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
* The Company is not responsible for delays or confiscations by customs.
8. Liability and Indemnity:
* The Company is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay of goods during transit, unless caused by the Company's negligence.
* The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's use of the services.
9. Delivery Times:
* Delivery times provided by the Company are estimates and are not guaranteed.
* The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to customs inspections, weather conditions, and transportation strikes.
10. Cancellations and Refunds:
* Shipment orders cancelled prior to dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
* No refunds will be provided for shipments that have already been dispatched.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not be retroactive but will apply to future use of the services.
12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
